Tear-aid is the shiznick

While inflating my 18m Phantom I noticed a small tear. Did that stop me from having a good session. Oh hell no. Bust out the tear aid. Dab a bit o rubbin alcohol. Wait to dry. Stick on small patch A with the land board deck as a hard surface. Continue inflate and rock and roll. Held whole session and solid after. Happytimes.

In my experience with tear-aid, it will out last the fabric in most cases.

Just be careful applying the stuff. Once applied, it's almost impossible to remove.
