So, have kites incoming from Canada. Seller shipped VERY fast and was great to work with! Fed Ex, on the other hand, strikes again.

Kites were shipped with plenty of time to get here for the birthday session, 7/7. Stoked!!!! Watching the shipment as most of us do and WTF??? Clearance delay?? It's ripstop not contraband! So clearance delay has been a week and holding. ETA now? No clue but last update was 7/9. This isn't the first time with fed ex either. What gives?

Anyway sorry for the rant, just frustrating...

When you ship with Brown or Purple all the docs have to be in order.

USPS and CP are less of than issue but still cause delays sometimes.

I suggest you call up Purple and ask what the hold up is and sometimes you can speed things up if you report to the brokerage department what the contains are.

Man this is bad. I've already seen quite a few people who explicitly are stating NO CANADA unless it's UPS or FedEx because of our postal strike. If the others get dodgy too we're screwed up here.
