Pre event questions

Guys,
What is the schedule and expected lakebed visits planned for the pre-event?
I think that Fran, Glenn, and I are going to go to the Blokart races in Longbeach, CA and are then going to motor toward Ivanpah for NABX. We will be in LA 24th through 26th and then head for the PLayas. We would love to hook up with the pre-event action on the way. We will probably miss Elmers over the weekend, so if there is something scheduled for Monday on, we would be interested.

Okay, major posting problems, sorry i'm not responding, but having trouble posting at my house.

Anyway, Pre=event we will be at Elmers until the mood strikes us, dependant on weather, the motorcycles, the lake condition and what ever.

We will try to spend at least two nights at Superior though, so most likely Sunday and Monday night, then arrive Ivanpah sometime Tuesday afternoon.

If you need to reach someone at Elmers on Friday or Saturday, try the cell phone list, that's what it's for.

Oh, and if you haven't been to Superior, you owe it to yourself to check it out. As soon as i get my isp straightened out, i'll post some pics, but you can go to Google.maps and see it. Just go to Barstow, then follow Ft. Irwin Road north and behind Barstow till you get to copper city road, follow it along until you get to the turn off, i don't know what that's called, but keep going straight to Superior. These are not intended to be driving directions, this is reference to using the sattelite, hybrid mode in google.map or google earth.

I'll post driving directions later.
