would the quadrifoil harness be okay for me, i will only be using it for recrational flying just so i can fly for longer without my arms getting nackered. will it be okay to jump with or will it take away the freedom needed? also what length strop would be a good starting point? thanks, adam

Experienced pilots told me that the quadrifoil is the best if you are going to be doing a lot of bugging. There isn't a lot of room in the seat and conventional harness ads some girth. On the other hand, a conventional harness is great on a board because one can get padded harnesses of various thickness. You will use it to sit in as you are being yanked around by the wind. Well not actually sit, more like relax into, sort of leaning back.

Quadrafoil harnesses are great if you can find one. They are no longer made. If you find someone that still has some in stock, let me know. I want one.

I had to order mine via the UK (where is the UK?). After conversion is cost somewhere near $80.00 US Dollars. I bought mine via http://www.powerkiteshop.com/accessories/accessoriesharnesse... it cost £39.95 with free harness line. That converts to about $69.00 US. Dollars plus shipping close to $80.00 US. Dollars total. There are numerous other UK shops that sell it also. I did a search via goggle and found lots of them.
