Puerto Rico... I had to drive by this for 7 days while working here in January 2011. No kites.... all work.... pure torture...... I hate deadlines.....

2PM everyday the wind turned on and kiters hit the beaches...... non stop until sun down. The only time no one is kiting is when the hurricanes hit.

I believe there is also a Festo Penguin & Jellyfish.

I found the Bounce Board interesting because it is a way for you to have something strapped to your feet and practice aerials while reducing the bruise could.

The kite being used to drive the buggy to 70 kph is a single PL Excalibur (wingspan of 1.2 meter).

The longboard footage was done on a Saturday in downtown Madrid (possibly predawn hours). Even downtown NYC is a ghost town during those times. Pick the right time and you will see bored garbage men "dragracing" their trucks on 6th Avenue.... woo hoo.
