He says that he is building custom cues and it won't be long before he is ripping the members of AZ Billiards off.

It's a tough call. Maybe he REALLY pissed someone off one too many time hence the "I'll do whatever it takes to squash you" posting? Seems like a drastic thing to do just to get members into a public forum for pool cues?

Dad always told me "it's a small world kid, be careful who you piss off". I've held to that advice and am happy to report (with remorse) that I only have one burned bridge in my past....had a job just outta college for a one man show that I hated. Just quit going. Funny enough I ran into him at some Photoshop training session a couple years later.

I heard about this 1 maybe 2 years ago. Bestkites.com wasn't sending people things they ordered. Nobody could get a hold of them to find out what was going on. The website used to advertise on other forums.
I personally never got burned but I do remember reading about it.
Bestkites.com never had anything to do with the kite brand Best either, just a website name.
This is probably someone who got burned and has a long memory.

Bestkites burned many people, not just one or two. He literally screwed many people out of quite a few thousand dollars of goods. He would list the items on his website, take peoples money and then string them along for months saying the items were shipping or have shipped, but never delivered.

He advertised many brands including Ozone, Flexi, HQ plus many many kite surfing brands. I don't know if he ever had any actually in stock or had a physical store front, but if he was legitimate in the past, towards the end he knowingly ripped many people off without any regard for them or their lost money.

Haven't heard about him for quite a while, but the people who were blatantly screwed out of their hard earned money may take comfort in knowing how to get in touch with this clown.

yep.... i remember this guy, he ripped a few of our members off.... i hope that the other forum guys dont suffer the same... im a pool player, too...

there is another thraed brought from the past in the accessories page on this forum.

You claim this isnt spam. But you have posted the exact same post 3 times now. Twice in the same thread. Not sure about anyone else, but thats does qualify as a definition of spam. I read your post the first time. Didnt need to read it twice more.

I actually went as far as putting in a compaint with his local Better Business Bureau due to an order I placed with him.
I ordered a 2.2m New Tech Balistic from him. It took over 2 months and I forgot how many emails and calls I sent. When the kite finally showed up, it was not exactually what I ordered. I ordered the Phoenix style with handles, and got the burner style (flames) with the controll bar. At least the size was right. I was on the kitelife forum with someone awhile back with someone having problems getting a rev. I would not order from the guy again!! Just the facts. Ken

as far as I know he is out of the kite business now and has turn into a cuemaker. I just thought some people might be looking for him.
