Looking for next kite and would like to get on the water as well as land. Looking for suggestions on kite sizes for LEI, SLE, and Arcs. I'm looking to get moving at 10-15mph on land and whatever I can on water. Inland, gusty winds weighting in at 150lb.

P.s. I'm assuming closed cell foils like the Neo, speed, and pulse would be about the same size comparison as a de-power foil, right?
