The video is increadible. They are turning on there sides so they can figure out whats up there. Awesome to know that they are so inquizitive. I have
sailed with porposes leading the way. This seems so much cooler.

Yup, I've sailed, kited and surfed with dolphins many times. I've also watched them as they turn on their side to take a good look at me as I kited
by. Very cool experience. Where I normally surf there's a couple pods that frequently cruise up and down the beach every day. About a week ago the
pod swam by as I was sitting on my board and two junior dolphins took a detour to come close to me and check me out. Mom and dad followed along
behind just to make sure the two kids didn't get into trouble. The parallels to a human family out taking a stroll were amazing.
Last fall during a big swell I paddled out and accidentally got very close to a dolphin couple while they were in the midst of intercourse. At first
I didn't know what they were doing, but it didn't take me long to figure it out. I mumbled an embarrassed "excuse me" and immediately paddled away
from them. Must be hard to get any sort of privacy when the ocean is your bedroom.
They are, without a doubt, my favorite creatures on this planet.
