Not new at all. Have been out for several years. Funny bar setup. Flies power lines on one end of the bar, brakes on the other end. Very short lines. To turn the kite you rotate the bar. Adjustable wind range by changing the bow shape. De power the kite by making a traditional kite bar like turn. This would be the effect of pulling the bar in on a newer de-power kite. One configuration turns the kite into an "O" I have heard they were great in their time, sortof a predecessor to todays de-powerable kites. Supposed to be good and stable, just not a real performer by today's standards.

Im sure rrc62 will have something good to say about them, but I cant fault the guy, he sells 'em :)
