Ok, so I think I have things set up for a small kite jam right outside of Springfield Illinois for the Thanksgiving weekend.

So far it'll be myself, Midgaar, g00fball, Joeblinky, and Unescortedcloud.

Its going to consist of a test day with every model of arc that you can think of except the guerrilla I and the f-arc.

We are trying to shoot a video that shows the characteristics of each arc. I will also be teaching lessons on how to set your PL kites to different settings to get the desired riding style out of them.

I'm hoping that joeblinky and I can get a little freestyle jam going, but we may be the only two people riding in it lol.

So if you want to join us, let me know and i'll post more details about it. first I just wanted to see how many people are interested. Let me know!

I am an Iowa guy and I will definitely be there!!! It is really hard to find wind that doesn't have rediculous gusts in the midwest, the weather always lies!!!! grrrr

But this spot in IL. has the best clean wind I have seen inland, on top of that it will be a really fun weekend and I am pretty sure it involves some free food :-)

I am hoping to arrive early Friday afternoon about 2PM or so...... going straight to the field....... I will check into the hotel later.....

My plan is to drive down there Friday morning, stay the night, and make the return Saturday night. I really hope we don't get rained out. I still haven't booked a motel, I guess I'll just have to find one when I get there. There are still a couple things that might keep me from making the trip, but all is looking well at the moment.
