Comp 16 on Ebay (Not mine)

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Comp-16-MountainBoard-MDS-Off-Road-4...

for 137 buy it now.... Thats pretty good even considering some of the nuts are a little rusted.

You could replace those on the cheap and have a sick board if the bearings are still good.

I had that exact board . Even rusted the same . NW beaches do that.

It is a very heavy board . Large tires and very stable .

Having ZERO board skills I stuggled until I got on a heavy board like this. MBS Blade. This type of board helped me get riding but had me wanting to trade up as soon as I was jumping.

Kites: 2.5m Profoil , Quadrifoil XL kitesurfer, NPW 5 Danger.
Flexifoil: 1.7m Sting, 4.9m Blade 3, 9m Blade 2.
Flysurfer : 19m Speed 2 SA, 7m Pulse
Peter Lynn :18m Phantom, 15m Synergy, 10m Synergy, 1200 Farc, 460 Sarc, 130 Tarc, 5m Peel, 4.2m , 6.4, 8.5 C-Quads, 3.5 LS2 single skin.

Rides: Flexi / P.L. Frankin'Buggy , Shaped + straight skiis, sand skis, Coyote blades. Core 95 ATB. RKB R2 ATB .

Sounds like it will be fun... I picked it up for 120+ 18S&H. I have zero mountain board skills and am hoping it works great on the wide coastal beaches. I think this is not to bad for a starter board for a bigger guy. Yay, I got a new toy!

This board uses " egg shocks " You can change up the turning with different coloured ones.

If you are riding salt water beaches rinse your board after each use or your bearings will seize up.
