Group Code for 2012
I got an email from Dean today asking that I spread the word that the group code for the hotels is up on the web site. He's in Dubai having a grand
time, but still has no access to his computer so I'm helping out. That group code is
GROUP SEN0401
Despite what Dean said earlier, this code will work for both Buffalo Bills and the Primm Valley Resort. For more reservation info see http://www.nabx.net/about/when-where-how.html#hotel
Please make sure you use the code when you make your reservations. It helps NABX!

So folks, please use the code. If the switchboard doesn't know, hasn't heard of it, insist upon using it.
The code is SEN0401 and it works for either Buffalo Bills or Primm Valley!
Remember, we are not counted if we don't use it!
Thanks everyone!
soon~aoxo~!~

As Dean states, when I phoned from UK, reservations said they could not find the code. But just check they have heard the correct code, and just
prompt them.
After 3, "are you sure"......they found the code and I booked no problem.
See you there soon! :wee:

I have been to Wild Bills the last few years so I understand the people we are dealing with that work in this place. But I think it would be extra
special if they would put us all together on the same floor ... or atleast in the same tower. We are all using the same code so they realize we are
all together for the same event ... why not put us close together?
I am not complaining, but just thought it would be nice to be around the others that are there for the same reason I am Any chance of this ??

I wish I could tell you how it worked, but have been dealing with things like this for 20 years, and it doesn't work the way we'd like.
We are actually getting amazing service from these guys.
Keep in mind that we've had a new director of groups and conventions the last three or four years. It's really difficult to get things done when you
can't build a relationship.
I feel that we've made progress getting them to recognize us, and let us book at two different complex's with one code.
I inquired about this years ago, and now know that it's not going to happen.
Hey, we will be on the same playa though! (well most of us)
some~aoxo~!~

We don't rule out anything at NABX except the 'no having fun' rule. That rule is suspended for the duration of the event. While we can't force you to
'have' fun, we sure as hell can make it available!

You need a permit to ride Ivanpah. Our NABX permit does not cover you outside of the Event.
You can get an annual permit easily by contacting Needles BLM. OR you can ride as someones guest ?
Weekday room rates are extremely cheap at Primm even without a code but our added discount doesn't start until the event.

We do have reduced rates for before the event, but only a few days. Let me know how you fare with using it, and we'll help out.
Pre-event is not far though, and the lake bed is going to be pretty busy.
Oh, and also, our event permit runs from March 28 to April 11th this year, so we are permitted.
