flexifoil buggy

Took apart my fork tonight on the buggy. It has been driving me nuts due to its squeaking. Is there a particular grease or dry lubricant that would help this? Can you put some type of sealed bearings in the headset instead? It has some type of teflon spacers in there now ???

Thanks...those are cheap enough to just replace...will try teflon coating too.
