Does anyone know if when hooked in using this bar if you can spin the bar to untangle a line twist? I have the older version on my riot that uses a D-loop, not the new megatron CL.

the megatron has the swivel built in so you can spin it no problem

Yep, I have a 4m Flow with the standard bar, and it spins freely.
