No longer a virgin!
Frankiter, my bro in law, came to visit with my sister (Aunt B!) and their kids this past weekend for my daughter's wedding. So we decided it would be
a great idea to go do something a little risky and buggy just hours before the wedding. (insert image of father of the bride on crutches for the
father/daughter dance here).
Had a really great session at OOBE Field, blowing pretty steady 6-12 I would guess so we were flying Franks Beamer 7 and my Blurr 7. Interesting
chance to compare the two. It was really obvious how hard the Beamer pulled sideways, mellow and dependable flight characteristics, but really slow to
turn and the Blurr pulled much more forward in the window with much less arm stress and much easier to down -turn than the Beamer.
Anyway, to the point!
Here's Frank cruising:

And here's Frank laughing at being piled up under the buggy!:

Just figured I'd share his First OBE with you in case he didn't get around to it!
And of course, it was at OOBE Field! That's how it's gotten it's name. Pretty much everyone will bust their ass there.

Ok Pokite. Looks like you set our guy up with about 3 psi in the tires. I guess you told him the buggy would ride better? Well, its just between

As a matter of fact, he mentioned that he was thinking about it about the time he was getting sorted out from the wipe out..

Is there something about an adrenaline rush that makes you laugh? Because I was cracking up! Maybe it was surviving my first OBE without getting
hurt, or maybe it was the irony that it happened at OOBE field. Couldn't stop laughing. That ever happen to anyone else?
That 7m beamer has supermanned me, spanked me. and now OBE'd me. Yeah Rich, I was thinking about it!
