Great video- thanks for sharing. When it first loaded up and I saw someone static flying in a field I was like, really? The best session?
Then it panned out and I realized it was a little kid learning to fly... Awesome!

I remember when the kids were learning. It was awesome. Can't wait to teach the grandkids.

I had a great one new years day, my 10 yr old who has had no interest in flying decided he wanted to try again and he/we spent about 2 hrs flying and
he was all excited to go again. Maybe at Jibe this year I will have the whole family flying- Carter in a bug, Devan on the zooter, and Andrew and I
on our boards. I love the fact that my boys are becoming my activity buddies- no need to convince a friend that his wife should let him go play.

Todd, I don't know how I missed this! She is doing awesome! I love teaching kids to fly as well! Life just doesn't get better than that!
Soliver, My son is 8, but started at 7. I bought him a 1.4m Beamer. Now that is the Alpah series from HQ. but any of the 4 line, 1.4-1.5 range
beginner kites is usually a good kite to start with. Some would say start them on a 3 line bar, but I prefer to teach with the handles and
KS-P-A-M-L-I-N-K-s. Gives them the advantage of really learning the kite IMO.

My oldest is only just 6. I think she's still a bit too small.
I may let her try my symphony this spring at the beach.
Besides I'm pretty sure I've blown my wad on kites for the year. I'm just curious how young most guys let their kids get into it.
I need to save my kudos for a buggy!
