Beaches to buggy @ Oregon Coast?
We visit the Oregon Coast every year for a family reunion kind of thing on my wife’s side, and this year I will have a buggy to bring with me,
unfortunately I have been overruled having it at Seaside. Looks like they will be going back to pacific city again. My question is can I buggy those
beaches? Any suggestions in that area?

Haystack Rock at Pacific City is right in front of a great beach. You can go south of there to get away from the wind shadow or just north at the
point.

MDK, I was hiking in that area this past year. There is a large ORV area just North of Pacific City. Sand lake Recreation area. It provides access to
the beach There is a lot of open area North. You would have to compete with the ORV folks however. Lots of Dunes to play on. Not sure of the
conditions South.

In those orv areas you might need a permit and a flag on a pole.

The ORV area near Pacific City (Sand Lake), does require a 8 foot pole and triangle flag mounted on your vehicle. I would not reccomend riding there.
More often then not sand lake ressembles "Road Warrior"!
Most of the quad, and bike riders out there do not understand our need to tack, right of way, etc. not saying that they are rude, they just don't see
us out there enough.
Lincoln City beaches tend to be narrow and crowded.
There's a couple of places in Newport.
