Who makes mountainboard skate blades

Are there any North American companies who make ice blades that would work for mountainboards????? The only one I've been able to find is a German company. With shipping and prices I'll be paying an arm and a leg. How hard would it be to make a set?????? I know a couple welders, but a stainless set would be nicer me thinks.

Good point. I wasnt thinking out of the box that a welder should know how to weld stainless. Somehow I got it in my mind that in order to get stainless they had to be from a manufacturer. What thickness of plate would you use to make a set?? Would 1/4" be to thick and heavy??
