Currently using pool noodles which work great but....want to step it up a notch as in nice covers and being a bit more finished....
I was going to make my own but before I do...Can you purchase side rail pads that are not blue in color or from across the pond (buggybags)? Shipping kills that deal even though they are really nice. There is also the issue of my stock seat not letting straps go around the pads.

Don't want to speak for either of them, but you might want to contact Van or Susan (Kitemaker4). I expect both of them would be up to the task skillwise. Just a matter of if they have time, inclination and you were able to come to terms.

Get Susan or Van to make your siderail pad covers and put a PL XR+ seat on it for some extra depth and straps that will go around your pads. I did all this to my Flexi which was my first buggy. Susan has made me 2 sets of rail covers I think. I used the large pool noodles and they make some with the right size hole. Hit me up with questions, I went all the way to converting it to bigfoot tires all around. Drewculous has the buggy now and pokitetrash did the same stuff as I did it. Backrest makes a big difference too if you aren't doing freestyle.
