WTF....just heard on local news radio "the big melt appears to be on"!

Our season JUST started and we had what....four days? Holy climate change.......

two days ago friends went about an hour NorthEast of me to go kite skiing and it still had ice and was around -1C, then yesterday it went to +12C and friend went about an hour South to the lake to go kiteboarding for the day.
