Paul- that is a stock photo of the model from the now defunct KBSS. Not a photo of the exact one being sold.
If someone from PKF is interested in this, I could investigate the item for them, seller is local to me. (Based on area code and denver CL listing.)
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

I'd be sorely tempted if it had big wheels on it.
Don't really have the funds right now, but I'm sure someone will be very happy with this bug.

Most Hardcores in the states were xs. The Hardcore frame is wider at the front than at the top of the rail with the xs. As a rider of 230 lbs and 6'
3" tall it fits great, just sit down and slide in. The rail at the top is below your arm pit on your side and gives you a secure and deep seat. No
problems with the rail interfering with flying your kite. Adjust the fork in or out to balance your buggy and with the very adjustable pegs then set
them for your comfort.

Not so much a weight balance as it is a center of effort balance. The point where the power from you kite is attached. Move your front axl/tire
forward or back in order to get all tires breaking loose at the same time under heavy power, then move the front tire just a bit in order to get the
back tires to break loose less than a second before the front tires breaks loose. This gives you control in an over powered condition but lets your
buggy hold the most power it can. Adding weights can accomplish the same desired results but I recommend the above method.
I do use weights but only after the buggy has been balanced and then adding different weights to get the buggy right back to that perfect balance
point as it had before. With the added weight you can hold even more power.
