Wanted: Kite Buggy in Las Vegas; Borrow, Rent or Purchase

I would like to use a Kite Buggy on Ivanpah Dry Lake on April 14, 2012. If anyone is interested in lending, renting, or selling an inexpensive Kite Buggy set up for the weekend, please email me at vachsen@yahoo.com

I will take full responsibility, full liability, full deposit, etc.

If anyone knows of a place to rent or buy an inexpensive setup (which would then be sold the following week), please let me know.

Or, if anyone will be out there that weekend would like to host me and my two guests from Germany, please let me know.

BeamerBob:

I am so sorry about not getting back to you. Thank you for responding!

I tried to get a permit for Ivanpah Dry Lake through the BLM but they haven't responded. I followed their directions on the website but haven't received a response via email or mail. Perhaps I need to go to their office to get one.

Also, it doesn't look like this weekend is going to be good weather (rain) which I assume means no-go for using the lake bed.

I drove by the lake bed last weekend. It looks like there was a good turnout for the event. Lots of dust, too! Did you attend?

Anyway, thanks for the offer and perhaps we can try again sometime.
