FWIW I just tape my Garmin to the downtube of the buggy with friction tape. Works great, and easy to remove if I need it elsewhere

You can try this mount:
https://buy.garmin.com/shop/shop.do?pID=11411
I use it with my gpsmap62 but a friend of mine has an eTrex and it fits on it as well.
Ozone: 1m Imp trainer, 2m Flow, 2.3m and 4m Method
Peter Lynn: Comp XR+ with kevlar composite axel, 3.2m Vapor
