what is the biggest kite you use

I just discovered this sport 2 or 3 days ago and have been eating up all the information I can handle. I just purchased a

New Tech Ballistic 3.6 m Trainer Kite / Traction Kite (4-line)

Before I found the new tech kite I found a guy who is selling

9M GTO Kite
Slingshot Bar (BONUS - I upgraded the 2003 bar to a 2004 Slingshot Profire bar with chicken bone and quick release)
Slingshot Firewire 27m flying lines (the industry standard)
Pump (BONUS - I upgraded the pump to a 2004 pump with pressure gauge - no more guessing)

really cheap.

Is this a death wish for kiteblading I live near chicago and the average wind speed on lake michigan is 10-15 nots. I weigh 180lbs. I'll probably still purchase the 9m because it is really cheap and he is offering 2days lessons with its purchase. He is essentially giving it away with the purchase of 2 expensive lessions. I might buy a wet suit and body surf with it.

Im down to a 9.5 meter right now. Used to have a 10.5 Blade 3.

Im not too sure about that particular kite, but If its a surf kite, just keep your head about you, and you should be allright in that wind with that size kite.

I buggy and my largest kites are an 8.5m Blade III & a 9.0m Blade II.

I thought of buying a 10.5 Blade III but don't think it will ever get used. This would be a very low wind kite & would not be making much speed with it or using it in the sand dunes as the low winds would probably have it falling down once in a while.

My most used kite is a 4.9m Blade III which is getting a bit worn now. I need to replace it but haven't decided what to get yet.

Currently I use a 6.5m Century as my largest buggy kite, the 5.5m buster when the wind's really poor, For surf it's a 13m Venom.

Currently I'm trying to decide between a 9m Buster and a 7.5m Brooza as a low wind kite though.

Sysmic S1 Buggy.

0.7m / 1.4m / 2.0m PKD Buster I
4.4m PKD Buster
10m JoJo RM+

6m Flysurfer Outlaw
12m Ozone Access
