Cheezy had his operation yesterday and he is really feeling the effects today. The operation was a success, but he is feeling truly horrible. He is
in a lot of pain, and the heavy doses of meds are just taking the edge off. He will be in the hospital for the next 3-5 days and then home
recuperating for another 2-3 weeks. He is supposed to be staying off his feet, so it might will be a while till he is flying again.
It is going to be ruff for him for a while. The doctor was surprised at how well he getting around and functioning before the procedure. I think
things are only going to get better and his quality of life will be much better now.

I'm glad the op went well. No surprise that things weren't slowing you down.
Wildwood isn't going to be the same without you.
Healing before flying; and flying soon:-)
See you at fall WBB,

Cheezy is doing much better and is healing quickly. The extreme pain has subsided. He had them stop the endorphin drip and has hope of going home
today. He stated eating solid food yesterday and is complaining the horrible hospital food. His wife is sneaking some real food in for him.
He just sounds much better and is back to his old self. Lets hope that his healing continues to go smoothly and that he avoids complications and set
backs.
