Hello All!
I am new to the forums and to power kiting. I used to own stunt kites and have recently (last two months) gotten into the world of power kiting. I
purchased a HQ Symphony Beach II 2.1 Rainbow Sport Kite. I love it and it is a perfect introduction to the sport. My question is this: What do I need
to be working on with this kite to get me ready for my next purchase? I can comfortably do figure 8's and bring the kite within inches of the ground.
Just looking for tips that will help me to get more experience before I move up to a Rush 350 or similar kite. Thanks in advance for tips and
guidance.

make your next kite a quad line. just move right into the real deal.
Practice coreys kite chi. Dont watch the kite when you fly. Just feel where it is.

Ditto what Dino says. That's the path I took. Had a symphony for years and then got my 3m HQ Beamer. Going 4 line was a new beginning in kites for
me.

Was just thinking a gradual step up to 3 line would be better. I will try and work on flying the kite without looking at it. That sounds tough. I am
about 210 lbs and 40 yrs old. What would you recommend for a next step 4 line kite. I would like to be able to be pulled across the ground a little
just for the adrenaline rush. May even want to do a little hopping around at some point. In other words how big do I go for my next kite without being
overwhelmed. And thanks for all of the replies!
