WBB Saturday was epic!
Although I was not able to be at WBB on Sat., I heard nothing but great stories about the perfect day at WBB. Stories of guys clocking 50,80, and even
97 miles in one day of riding. Winds were around 18-25 mph dead on making for the best conditions of the week by far. It's like the old saying, you
should have been here yesterday. There were huge smiles when I returned in the afternoon to start preparing for the bbq. Tired arms and legs were all
around.
The saturday bbq again was a great time, plenty of food and two table full of donations for the raffle. The rain held off till about 10:30 pm.
Again a really huge thanks to all who donated items, money towards the bbq and of course to those who helped me cook and set up and break everythung
down.
Hope to see everyone in Oct. Pucs and vids will soon cime I am sure.
Ride on!

Dude, I was soooo tempted to ask wifey to hit the road when she picked me up from the hospital. But I knew I would be asking for trouble if I came.
Glad everybody had a great day....

Just got back home from the bash and still smiling! Got about 30 miles in Saturday alone- my wife got some seat time solo and in the tandem, and got
my first runs on my new (old) S-Arc 630!!!
Vid to come in the next few days.
I was great meeting some of you and putting names to faces- looking forward to riding with you all again in the fall.
:bigok: A BIG thanks to everyone who made this event possible. This was my first bash and certainly won't be my last! :bigok:

Epic indeed! ;-)
An all-day, steady onshore and the Phanny 9 prototype got a personal best (My flaky GPs claims over 50 - I just know if was fast). I also had
more >fun< soft sand OBEs that day than the last 3 years total.
Great to see everyone again..I'll soon be posting a special, first-time ever WWBB treat pretty soon ...

Saturday was indeed one of the best times I've had at Wildwood, and I've been kiting there for nearly 4yrs now. Winds were actually side-on, but they
were enough on to allow you to go just about anywhere you wanted to go.
Name: 20120421 wildwood
Date: Apr 21, 2012 8:30 am
Map: http://maps.google.com/?t=p&z=15&ll=%2C&q=http:/...
Distance: 97.4 miles
Elapsed Time: 5:16:30
Avg Speed: 18.5 mph
Max Speed: 42.6 mph
That is my GPS report from Saturday.
Managed to fly every kite I own, the day started pretty light and just got better and better. The dunes were hilariously fun. Dont know what else to
say. Looking forward to next time.

More like rolling dune hills to bounce around on - I think ramps are just for launching off...

Great day indeed and so worth the wait! Nothing better than blasting down the beach for hours and doing some "off roading" in the dunes coming in and
out of base camp. Didn't want the day to end!
Oh, and I'll have that towing bill in the mail sometime this week Nick!

My favorite kite in my favorite conditions
That Saturday was some of the best conditions here yet, since I've been coming(just several times now).
Nice to see others having so much fun and sampling a 'best of kiting Wildwood' day.
Friday was kind'a great also!
