Sitting on the couch made me weak
Got my new mountain bike set up last night from a local enthusiast. When I got home I decided to go for a quick test ride down the block. I went down
a few blocks and then did a climb up the hill I mountainboard then back home again. It was a total 10 minute all out as fast as I could ride. I almost
threw up from being out of breath :megan: . To think Monday I'm starting my 5 mile commutes to work. The guy who helped me tune my shifting told me he
can make it there in 20minutes. I think I better leave myself a full hour till I get myself conditioned. :ticking:

Well at least you have an unfortunate legit excuse. Me I can only blame laziness and lack of motivation from a crappy winter of no snowkiting. However
I still try to pass it on as bad genes whenever I can. Even worse I tried to
pump my 12 airush and found myself wayyy out of breath by the time I was finished. I would have to leave unrolling the lines and bar hookup for a few
minutes till I gained my composure.

Umm, I think you are supposed to use a machine to pump those up not your lungs :tumble: |
It wasn't the lungs, the powerpoint was a good 25ft away on a slight uphill incline. And don't forget to factor in the drag of the shagg-pile
carpet..

Let's find out if sitting makes me weak, I'm benched for 6 weeks after tearing an abdominal muscle on 4/20/12 session and not realizing it til the
start of my 4/27/12 session.
I'm worried about speed of healing and missing so much flying. Looking at yoga to try and keep fit
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

Hey I was only trying to practice holding my breath fro when I finally get out in the water. Figured the kiting pumping video was a good way to time
myself.
I survived my first day of riding to and from work. It worked out to a total of 20min ride either way. I bet once I am a bit conditioned I might be
able to shave off a bit more time. Took a different route to get home and it worked out to be the same. But man do my legs ache this evening. :wee:
