How smart is it for him to put this on YT? I mean, I guess his target demographic doesn't use Internet that much, but still, might as well be listed here. Only in America...

Errr...ummm... no.. not even remotely. Not even as a spoof.

For the sake of full disclosure, not in that demographic yet, but I think preying on the elderly and animal cruelty should carry mandatory jail time, punitive damages, and community service.

....A few select live reenactments from the Saw movie franchise would also probably be appropriate.

i missed the animal cruelty part there... other than him mentioning the lady had a bunch of cats.... its not so much preying on the elderly... its just a sale!

Ive been in his shoes... bills looming at home with your family, on the road, and all you want to do is get one sale to make all of your monthly bills (i know its a little deeper than he went lol) but this was simply a spoof....... if youve EVER bought insurance... this is what your salesperson has in their head the whole time.... good ones, bad ones, ones that care, and those who could give a crap less... they have one goal... TO SELL YOU! thats it, they may be nice and low pressure, or they may be a cut throat shark, but every door to door salesman (insurance, vacuums, tuperware) think like this

No direct reference to animal cruelty... just two things that are hot button topics for me.

Go back and listen to the video again.... repeated references to identity theft... most definitely qualifies as preying on the elderly.

Not wearing rose colored glass, and I got that it was a spoof. I just thought the subject matter was in poor taste and a fail.

Maybe it's an age thing.... maybe it becomes less funny when your parents reach a certain age or life situation. Maybe it's less funny when one of your parents dies and you don't think they got the best shake from the insurance companies or the medical community.

Whatever....

Second questionable post from a team/store rider in the past 24 hours.... and in this case, a store I am fond of and have done business with.



It rated a response. If I am the only person it ticked off/peeved.... so be it. Everyone flies a different freak flag.
