It's the Xplore trainer from PL, marketed as a snowkite, new this year. In the PL manual that got linked a couple days ago.
Will also be available in all-in-one pack, RTF kite, harness, instructional DVD.
And "gets no results"...I turn up a couple results, the top being a slot for a future product in the ripsessionkites store!
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

From beginner to winner with the Xplore snowkite
4.0 m2
The Peter Lynn Xplore is the perfect 3line snowkite trainer. It will get you going on a board or skís with
ease. Its ease of use combined with the kite’s stability Peter Lynn is renowned for, makes for a kite that is
fun to fly. The 4m2 canopy ensures enough power in light to medium wind conditions
or good power in stronger winds for the more experienced riders. The bar makes
steering the kite natural and you can even ride it on one hand when
you’re up for it. From beginner to winner, this kite takes
you where you want to go!
The Xplore will be available in an all in one Snowkite Discovery
Pack. Besides the 4m2 Xplore kite, this package contains a control
bar, a harness, a spreaderbar and an instructional dvd. The
only thing missing is snow. Go Xplore!
Also available this summer: The Landboard Discovery Pack
this is not a depower foil
