Ok i've been going over my blade 2 6.4m i picked up from ebay, seeing as i cant actualy fly this thing i thought i might as well make it look pretty.

To start with it was full of sand but when i shook it off i noticed 3 mildew stains and 2 or 3 rust stains... all small incompaison to the kite . these would not be see when in flight so no problems. i gave it a wash in the bath with just luke warm water and tried some very mild soap on the stains. the sand all came out and the kite generaly looks cleaner.

when i was hanging the kite to dry i noticed there are 2 spots on the leading edge mesh that are abit worn there like 1cm max, is there a way to patch them before they give??
