Mutiny Swivel move?
Should the white part on the mutiny swivel move or is it a static sliding pulley? Mine doesn't move, not sure if it got squished in shipping or if
it's just supposed to be like that.
Too many kites, boards, and etceteras.

Is it metal or plastic? Is it set in a bearing?
Some of the companies that make items like this put a load of engineering into it, some companies don't.
Have used a rolling one that was free, flew the same kite few months later when the rolling one had seized, no noticeable effect on my use of the
trim, maybe it would affect in higher wind conditions?
Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.

Front lines go in the ears on top, depower line around the pulley at the bottom ... below the bar trim.
Yeah... I got a kite. Or two...

Phree - not sure what load rating. I've seen other sliding pulleys like the one below so I guess it's possible for it to be designed to be static.
erratic winds - seems like plastic, definitely not metal.
Kamikuza - how can I install the front-line flag safety on this? Is the white thing supposed to rotate or the depower rope just slide on it? It seems
to have a very tiny ridge so I don't think it should be static since that ridge could wear the depower rope over time unnecessarily.
Too many kites, boards, and etceteras.

On the Mutiny Swivel? IIRC the white thing at the bottom should spin. Sand off the ridge with fine sandpaper. And give it a shot of WD40 or Sailkote
...
As for the safety ... I *think* you can use one of the 'ears' as a front line safety, like the old PL Zero4 bars - front line through the ear, connect
to the safety line with a stopper ball. Or just run a fifth line through the center hole ...
It's a Slingshot thing I think - check out their bar manual?
Yeah... I got a kite. Or two...
