My sis is headed to Newport for vacation and will be rolling through Seaside either late today or tomorrow. What's the tide schedule so I can tell
them when and if they might see some kite buggies at Del Ray? They're in Hood River right now so hopefully they stop for the night before hitting the
coast.
Any must-do's in the Newport area or between Seaside and Newport?
