These are stock of ripsessionkites kiteboarding shop
which were bought and paid for.

They are used too

The VLOP demo fleet has nothing to do with what I'm selling.

pro bag is a big "duffle" or stuff bag that can carry multiple kites and gear as far as I know.

Viper is the predecessor of the Viper-S and are best known as buggy engines. 2.6 would be a high wind engine ... I believe only difference between viper and viperS is the "S" has a refined/streamlined bridle probably intended to reduce drag... I do not believe they changed the basic AR or sail design with the newer S.

Dead on. The only changes from Viper to Viper S are colors and a more refined bridal. A/R, shape, cell count, etc. remain the same.

The products listed for sale in this post are either the property of Peter Lynn Products as Brian says or the property Ripsession Kiteboarding. In either case, it is a commercial sale and violates the rules of the forum.
This topic should be removed.
These products may or may not contain bad karma. Buying them may affect yours.

But these items for those prices arn't listed on the site so it's not really commerical? The first kite I ever bought was listed on this site, scout II 4m, but it was from dakitez, it was a demo kite.

AFIK people in the biz are only allowed to sell their personal gear, but I just read here. Maybe Sam knows?
Was the kite you bought from dakitez in a state of disputed ownership? Didn't think so. I believe Brian to be acting on behalf of Europeans from the USA trying to get kites from someone in Canada. This is not going to be the easiest situation for the three parties to sort out. Don't you think it would be best if we all refrain from the deals until it is?

Well I wasn't referring to the ownership discussion at all, just the commercialized selling. And no it was a demo kite of the dakitez store that I bought. But yea I think rip is waiting until this is all figured out as well anyways as he hasn't u2ud me back about it. I wouldn't want a 'stolen' item too.

Lol, funny how the people involved don't have a single clue what is going on but love to put in their two cents.

I'm selling my gear that's it

None of the items are belonging to VLOP and was all used by me in my quiver bag.

Again I have nothing to prove to anyone. Bash all you want I don't care.

If you have to know cause you're nosy. The money is going to VLOP and also to pay for my lawyer to fight to get back my kids which I haven't seen in 9 months. Someone is using my kids as a bargaining chip to get money out of me.

There its in the open. Judge all you want.

Just tryin to sell my kites.

You rate high in my book, ripsessionkites. As fun as kiting is and as much as I value all my gear, kids and family will always come first. I am sincerely sorry that "someone" is using your kids in some kind of leverage play. Wish I had the kind of income that would allow me to just send you your asking prices for all the gear and let you keep the gear as well. Good luck in this legal chess game and may you eventually win!

A couple of Trainers,
Some Fixed Bridle Kites (1.2m - 14m),
and some Depower Kites (3m - 20m),

No horse in this race..... disinterested observer.

From the READ BEFORE POSTING - no commercial promotions! sticky....

Shop owners may, as private members, list items for sale as long as the rules stated here and on our rules page (regarding commercial posts) are followed.

From the Rules page:
2. Commercial Use:

2.1. This forum is NOT a commercial market place. Do not use this forum to advertise commercial businesses or services, link to commercial web sites, or list promotions or products for sale by dealer or manufacturer. Store owners may post private party sales in the For Sale category - items must be listed with prices. Additionally, we ask that discussions are conducted on the forum (in thread or U2U) and that the author adds "SOLD" to the end of the thread title once the sale is complete.

With that said, in the past retailers have listed demo products for sale. While this might thread the line, I think it has been accepted if the items were lists below dealer cost (no profit) and it's clear that that's not the retailer's sole "raison d'être" with regards to the forum.

If you feel the original post is inappropriate for whatever reason, it would probably minimize the overall forum strife quotient to just use the report thread and leave the final arbitration to Bob.

Hope everything turns out well for everyone.... especially the wee ones.

And thus ends my sole contribution to this thread.

ATB,
Sam

I totally agree! Wish everyone would display their name. Better to stand up for what you say rather than hiding behind a user name.
