Sunset Beach Today and Tomorrow
I'll be at Sunset Beach today and tomorrow, pretty much all day on both days. The tide will determine how much buggying I do, I still only have
barrows. If anybody is heading out let me know or I'll just see you out there. I'll be down at the second pole.

bring your water gear if you have some! The tide (as you can see) isn't real great for stuff on the land. The water has been awesome lately. You
don't even really need a wetsuit right now the water has been so warm. Some of the local surfers have been going out in just boardshorts.

It was an awesome day at Sunset as well. It was almost another SOBB, we had such a good showing. At one time counted 15 kites out on the water as
well. 15-20 mph NW winds all day long.

To bad we didn't get the others in the picture, Saturday had 15 buggies on the beach, and 2 still on the RV. Not bad for a non event.

That was pretty big get together for non event.
It kind of all started with Chris H said he's coming down and it turned in to a mini SOBB! And ole Sunset was rockin with all the wind you could ever
hope for.
Thanks to Jeff at Big Kids Kites for being so generous with all his toys.
He is always so kind to loan out everything he has and man he's got some really good stuff! I won't say which buggy i liked because all of Europe
will come down on me, but I will say his PKD kites are excellent! I put nearly 50 miles on his 9m Century Sunday morning and was totally stoked! What
a pleasure to fly that big beautiful gentle giant. Thanks again Jeff
So.... looking forward to seeing everybody soon, of course I'm already thinking about this weekend,
Chris

I had an awesome time with everybody! It makes me wish that I could have made it to the Spring SOBB even more. You guys are awesome and I can't wait
to do it again. I might be up there this weekend as well, anybody else gonna be around? I haven't even looked at wind and weather conditions yet. And
yes, Jeff was very hospitable with his toys and I liked the MG the most. The Apex was nice but it didn't fit me very well, it was just a little too
uncomfortable. Chris' buggy, a Libre, was wonderful also. My little XR pales in comparison to those big buggys. I'm definitely jealous of you guys!
