I kinda relate this cat/mayor situation to an episode of south park.... They said the pope was supposed to be a rabbit and no one could figure out why.... Until they stuck a little hat on him, made him pope, and asked him how the church should tell people to run their lives, and the rabbit didnt say a word.... Imagine how awesome politics would be if they were all speechless animals.... Shouldve been a verse in that Lennon song :lol:
