Just found an awsome website for weather and wind conditions by zip code,

http://www.weather.com/weather

type in your zipcode or zipcode where you buggy
then when page comes up for city click hour by hour link,
it will give you wind direction and mph speeds for the next couple of hours
they are pretty accurate within 1mph
