WANTED: Santa Claus, Tooth Fairy, Unicorn or Dirtsurfer.. whichever

I think I have the same odds of finding any of these..

Are dirtsurfers that coveted?

Would love to find a 20" DH..

I have some exceptionally rough but wide open terrain and would love to see if these things are worth their salt..

I've hunted Craigslist and can't get a response from anyone who had posted one within the last 3 months.. Ebay is watching for me.. and the rest of the world is dark on the matter...

I see that they've pretty much stalled in the manufacturing side once they tried to relocate to North America.. any one know the story?

I am considering attempting to manufacture my own out of bike parts and chewing gum.. we'll see..

And, can anyone give some solid feedback on riding one with a Kite? I've read they need a large turning radius.. but what else?

Thanks!

I do have one, may consider letting it go. I am enjoying my Trampa at this point, and your right, does need a large are for turning.(or you can ride down then hop off and ride back the other way) but what fun is that.

U2U me and we can chat.

Sweet.. sounds right up my alley.. if it is rough. .I wouldn't mind either.. I don't plan on being nice or keeping any resale value if I do manage to buy it off Rich..

I plan on beating it into the ground.. if it isn't capable of taking more of a beating than me.. it won't last long.

I just really want to see what it can do.. in wind open spaces with wind. I have rougher terrain to deal with and want to see what 20" wheels will give me in range capabilities.. and I wouldn't mind seeing if I can mod it once I've haggard it down a bit..

I will get it boxed up and get a shipping quote for you. I am going to take the tires and rims off and try to reduce the size of the box as much as possible. I will get a price on Slo mail as to keep the cost down. I can also get a price on expidited shipping as well. Look for the quotes in your U2U inbox by midweek.

Dirtsurfer

I have a brand new Dirtsurfer DH with a brand new flexideck.
$400 firm
I may be able to get a used dirtsurfer in great shape DH model little older for $300.

Both boards come with straps or bindings.
