Blown out cell repair on HQ 3m.?

Hey all,
Just noticed that my HQ 3.0 Hydra has 2 torn cells, they are the center ones.
Any options for repair? Anybody on the forum repair?

John at Powerzone (click me) does a wonderful job and if you sent him the hydra he can turn it into a full on depower foil for you at the same time (if you wanted).
