Is it possible to design for strength, if the designer doesn't really understand what strength is?

6m, until somebody makes a nicer fb foil, why would I buy anything else.
Park is Sunrise - 5th and Rupert. It is a softball/soccer field. It is not bad on SE, a bit lumpy on NW Tall chain link fence on east side. Power lines on extra tall poles, extra voltage?, on S side of 5th. Nice for static as field is drained - sort of. Used as effing dog park even though no dogs allowed.
