Kermit Power Kiting

I've had this photo copied to my computer for a while.

I always had it in my mind to do something similar. I think that it would be fun to fly and show Kermit.

Does anyone happen to know who came up with this idea?

I think that this is a Prism Stylus P3 kite, but I can't read the labeling. Does anyone concur?

Kite is a Prism Stylus P2. If it was a P3, Kermit would be huuuuuge.
