Bearing help

I'm trying to get some new bearings for my board, so I can finally put it all back together.

I've got some older hubs that I hope to use, and I have some new (to me) scrub trucks that i'm using.
Once again I'm struggling to find all the measurements I need for the bearings (I had this problem last time i needed some!)

The bearings that came in the hubs have '1614z' on them. I've tried looking online and measuring them with a ruler, and I think they're 28x10x9mm. That could be wrong though.
The bearings don't fit on the scrub trucks, they're smaller. I assume the trucks are 12mm in that case?
I can't find any bearings that are 28x12x9mm.

Any ideas ? Have I measured them wrong?

I'd like to use the hubs I have to save some cash, but if I can't find any suitable bearings I'd have to get some new hubs too.

Sorry for yet another potentially nooby question!
Thanks
Tim

take the wheel and the bearing with you to the place that sells bearings and they will measure it and get you some replacements. keep that new info for next time.

Google "bearing shop" or "bearings store". I did that when I needed some and found out there was a distributor about 0.25 miles from where I work. Who would have thunk. Maybe you will get lucky too. Skate shops may be able to help too.
