Need Explanation
OK. I have a 5.5 Bullet. I know it is not mafe for lift. We still try to get a foot or two out of it. (I am very cautious)
What I do is bring down backwards in the power window then left it rip back up to the top.
The problem is that it is almost impossible to hold on during that zoom to the top.
My question is does a Blade react different in that same senario? People seem to be getting air with little effort.
I was thinking of getting Blade in the 6.5m range since I am on the larger size.
Can someone explain my question??
Thanks guys,
Chad

I dont know the proper term for this type of jump (I call it the down-up jump), but I do know when I have tried it it works but the landings tend to
be out of control. The reason is that it is pulling you forward almost as much as pulling you up. The pendelum type jump is better for landings and
I feel it is safer. Not that any kind of kite jump is safe..... There is lots on info on how to do this, just do a search...

To launch good and proper that way you really need something to dig into, lean against, if you can sit down on the upwind side of a log or something,
feet on the log, then you can brace yourself on the log and pop off as the kite gets near the zenith, Note, this jump will be much more cork like than
a pendulum.
A pendulum is where you and the kite run at top speed in one direction, then send the kite the other way, high in the window and keep running in the
direction you started in, You should get a nice, fairly low, floaty jump.

Cool, I know how the methods are to obtain a jump. My question is does the BLADE pull just as hard as the BULLET when each are in the main window?
It seems people dont have as much force to contend with when going for a jump with the BLADE.
At least from the videos I have seen.

Looks like You puting kite on the eage of the window to low.Try to start from practice walking with kite haveing kite on eage of the window 65
deg.than redirect kite to bring it to zenit, then redirect it again just before it will reach zenit. So basicly You will have to move kite in,, s like''
pattern.
Bullet is not best kite for jumping but You can do jumps with it.Landings will be not as floaty like with blade and You will have IMO little more
pulling power on blade or same.
