This is like asking which color is best...or what brand of car is best....or what candy tasts the best. You will get a zillion different answers to your question and nearly every one of them will be a personal opinion.

As far as brands go, Ozone and Felxifoil are considered by the masses as the best kites on the market. Thats not to say that all others are not worth mentioning. Peter Lynn, HQ, PKD, also make some fantastic products that perform excellent for the buggy.

Defining what you are looking for in a kite may help others narrow down the selection. Are you looking for speed? Lift? Stability? What surface are you buggying on, soft sand, tall grass, smooth dry lake bed, asphalt? All of these things will be a big impact on what kite will be "best" for you.

Let us know exactly what you are looking for and I am sure you will get a better response.

Another large factor is the size of your play area, Race kites like the century's and RM's are great kites, but need room to run, well suited to high speed cruising, but you would want to lean towards one of the heavier bugs as well,

Something like the Bullet or Buster are awesome in small parks, should be coupled with lighter bugs to get up to speed quickly.

Once again, large areas, good for pretty much anything, small area's are still good for freestyle and messing around in general. For freestyle you'd want a liftier kite than you'd want for speed and cruising.

More details please. Your weight, average wind, flying experience.

Sysmic S1 Buggy.

0.7m / 1.4m / 2.0m PKD Buster I
4.4m PKD Buster
10m JoJo RM+

6m Flysurfer Outlaw
12m Ozone Access
