Depends:
What you want to use it for: snowboard, ski, atb, buggy?
Surface: snow, ice, soft sand, hard sand, grass, dry lake?
Your weight, and your skill level?

Based on a couple of friends who fly the 10m..... I would think 6 - 15 knots in a buggy on sand would be a very rough guide. The guys I ride with have had their 10m's out in 20 knots which they reckon is about the max their comfy with (which is probably a few knots more than my comfort level :)

this is kind of like asking "how fast can I drive on Kuhmo(insert your favorite brand) tires?" without telling us anything about the car!

What are you doing with it? ATB? Snowkite? Buggy? What surfaces are you doing it on? soft sand? hardpack sand? dry lakebed? soccer field? field? What is your skill level with kites? New, intermediate, advanced?

All these things change stuff!

A 12m access would be perfect up to 18mph on ATB on grass, but you could use it all the way up to 25mph on snow with snowboard...but in the buggy you would probably find max at @14mph on soft sand, even less on hardpack..... these are ALL just numbers to talk about, none accurate without more information!

Tide? What's a tide? Man, it's 1000 miles to any ocean.
