Balloon tires for boards?

I have an extra set of wheels for an ATB, and before I try to sell them I was wondering if there exists balloon tires for these small 4.5" rims (they have 200x50 tires on them currently).

I would think that balloon tires would be great for beach riding.

If you're running 200x50's that sounds like a 4" rim.
MBS sells 9" T2 tires that would fit same rim 2.80/2.50x4 knobby.
