sent you a message Brandon
Buggy is a little wider than 5'
I have a trailer, but some people creat custom carriers for the rear of their car or truck. the axle comes off in a flash as well if you need to put
it in a van or something.

I take the back axle off but my truck is not a full size. It is a mid size truck.

You might try a bike rack that mounts on the spare tire?

I never had that problem but I've found that there aren't many kitebuggy specific solutions to our problems. I'm always looking for things that could
apply to buggies and kites anytime I'm in a hardware store or REI, Lowes. Home Depot etc.
You might find one that works for you out of the box. Mods and fabs come as a next step if necessary.

I think K3 found some scaffold clamps to secure his buggy (Apexx) to a rack...
Roof Rack... Thule makes ($$$) clamps to go on racks that would secure a buggy!

I use an old version of the Thule Spare Me rack on the back of my Honda CRV. It routinely carries two XR+ buggies with wide tires. It works great.
See http://www.amazon.com/Thule-963XTR-Spare-2-Bike-Mount/dp/B004JUJWYM
I lost the rubber tie-downs ages ago, but that is no problem. It works better without them. Having bare steel pipes just makes it easier to slide
the buggies on. If you have about 12 feet of rope and can tie a trucker's hitch you can lash a bug or two tight.
The only problems I have had with this rack stem from air pressure loss in the spare tire. You need a nice hard spare tire to keep the rack from
wiggling.

I used to car top my bug on my wife's car with a really simple rig I welded up.
It was just a simple rectangle of square tube that would sit on the roof of the car to keep the rear wheels from hanging over the sides of the car.
Mine sat on top of the lateral running roof rack on her car, but it would probably work to just cover the square tube with foam to keep it from
scratching the paint on your roof.
Here's some pics
I'm going to take a nap now

I love this design. It's so simple. It looks like it would be very easy to load as well.
