Flexi Bullet 7m

I just bought a brand new flexifoil 7m bullet off of ebay for a great price compared to some of the stores i've seen online and was wondering how much of a suprise i'm in for when I fly it? I'm used to flying a Beamer 3.6 in winds around 15mph but have flown it during "tropical storms" (Ernesto). I will probably use this for scudding and mild jumping (I know this isnt a really great lift kite) but i plan on some buggying and/or kiteboarding in the future. I guess what I am asking is if I made a good purchase for what I want to do?

Hey. let us know what you think of it. I saw those on Ebay and for that price I was thinking of getting one. There's another on there now. I'm trying to decide if I should go cheap and get one of those for now or just get a Montana 7M now instead of waiting a while.

AWSOME KITE!! i use mine for buggying at the beach in low winds, and it can pull like theres no tommorow.... its really not that hard to controll compared to some of the other 7m kites, heres some good advice that i had to learn the hard way.... when your hauling ass down the beach (or wherever you buggy) and you have the kite at your side, dont bring the kite up to the top of the window to fast or you will generate alot of side lift and it will yank you out of the buggy, bring it up slow, if the winds get to strong just fly the kite high in the zenith and you will generate enough to keep going but your speed will stay about the same..... ITS ALOT OF KITE but you should be okay if you start out in lower winds.... who did you buy from on ebay? (danman?) hes a good seller dont know how he sells the kites for so cheap... just start out in low winds and you should be okay....., its going to be alot different than your 3.6 beamer......so just be ready for that....

Mood: Searching for a kite

Hey If anyone is looking for a 7.0 meter bullet there is a guy on ebay who sells them dirt cheap. I snagged one for 200 and it got here in under a week. Try this http://stores.ebay.com/ScoobyGoodboy This guy is really good about shipping and payment. Mine pulls me in a 4-5 mph wind and i weigh 245 lbs. no luffing at the edge of the window and as everyone else says, it does pull like a freight train. I LOVE IT.

i need a kite! Wish I never sold them.

Do what the booklet says and launch it at the edge of the window or you WILL get a nasty surprise like i did my first time out. And have all your weight on your heels leaning back as far as you can. It pulls like a frigging train.

Hey first post here. I just got my kite from DANMAN on ebay. I was used to flying a 5 year old Prism 2.8. Flew my friends prism 4 in about 25mph winds. It pulled nearly as hard as this bullet 7 does in 7 mph winds. WOW. I flew it today in 11mph gusting to I don't know what. First time I've ever had my 250 pound butt picked up & put down. Awsome!! I packed it in right after I landed. Happily it wasn't one of those nasty superman launches you see on youtube. just 3 or 4 feet up, maybe 10 yards foward. Hit the ground slow enough to keep my feet under me. Awsome kite. It's amazing what little wind it takes to get this thing in the air.

flexifoil says they will fly in three mph winds. they certainly dont lie. It will fly on a breeze. As long as you stay in the controls it will not stop. The picture to the left is me with my bullet. That was one of those gusty days.
