Cheezy I wish I could budd. But I have an accord it wouldn't make it far in a rain storm let alone a blizzard. But it did start snowing here about an hour ago and hard but it's wet snow and its ok so I will be prepping my snowboard and kites hehehe can't wait

OK it's 8:30 pm here. I did a quick clean up of 5" of snow at 4:30 pm to try and keep ahead of things. Went back out at 8pm and had another 10-12" tried my old snow blower and after 3 passes of the 1/4 mile driveway the engine blew a rod:flaming:. I bet by morning I will be shoveling 2 feet!! Sandy got held over at work and will not be home till morning at the earliest. Or maybe late afternoon. Hospitals need workers!!
Zalex I'll even share my kites with you if you come help shovel!!

Could not wait to tomorrow ..... Did 3h session in ~10-25mph winds with my Gin Sherpa 10m today.... awesome time ,,,, whole field to my self with plenty of wet snow ....
I accidentally run over my camera with snowboard ..... and all footage was lost .... so bad ..... I did few nice jumps and try few new camera angles ..... Lets hope I can do that tomorrow again ....
I will be very happy if all that snow can stay here for few more weeks ....lol

Dave you really should not be shoveling in your condition. It is much more stressful on your body than kiting. Surely you just have to have something lying around with a "donor" engine that you can tinker onto the snowblower.

Take it slow.

Danny and Mark you are the best. You make me feel loved. I do have other engines. But I left the confounded beast at the end of the driveway where it died!! I went out threw the basement door because the other doors had 3 feet of snow against them. And did about 10 minutes of shoveling!! I will go out every 1/2 hour and work for 10-15 minutes. By tonight when Sandy finnaly comes home from 4 shifts at the hospital I should have a path for her to walk in through and a space for her car. That is all I am striving for at this time. TheKidd will be home tomorrow from his Mom's and he will help with the rest.
Thank you guys for worrying about me. I'm lucky to have such good friends.

Greetings from frozen tundra! Lost power.at 11 last night. House is at 59* and dropping fast.

About 15 inches of snow. Winds are still blowing hard and heavy bands of snow still keep coming.

Have generator running but will be shutting down soon to save gas for night use.

Don't use the snow blower anymore put a plow on our golf cart! Thing kicks ass!

Well I am wicked tired. Yesterday 6am till dark shoveling. Than at 8pm Sandy came home from work YEAH!! (she left at 7:15 the day before) Today shoveled from 8am till dark. Finally done. But still can't get out. They haven't plowed our road yet. And it not looking good for tomorrow either! Luckily we have great friends in town a couple rds over that are letting Sandy park in there yard. But we're all safe and well. That's what matters.
