She's a no-go....
Argh....so, we're selling our house and moving and it's all about to begin. We should be listing our place next week and then hope to have found the
new place well before the road trip would have to start. How's that for tight timing? Worse, we've been actively watching the markets since October of
last year and only one so far has come up (but we missed out because we weren't ready to sell yet).
Here's hoping this place sells fast and by some miracle the magic place for us hits the market all like clockwork. We're still gonna get the girls
passports up to date and I'll be praying and praying and praying. I REALLY want to get the family to Seaside to experience all that it has to offer.
There's a chance that if we miss SOBB we'll still come down to hang with the locals but I'm worried about hitting the height of tourist season down
there and not getting to show them the Seaside I got to experience.
Here's hoping...here's hoping......

Sure hope everything works out. If you and your family come to the coast at a different time just let us know,as we are great tour guides, we grill
food at the drop of a hat, and most of us are kite buggy #@%$#!s.

Kelly, I would let you borrow the RV if you need an in between place to stay, but the way things are going, it might not ever leave Grants Pass,

Well, six showings first day on the market, four the next day. Four offers reviewed at end of day two - all at or over list and we're sold pending an
inspection for $8,500 more than we listed! All will be confirmed by April 30th. I'm going to urge the better half that we might as well get our
passports in line. Here's hoping we find our perfect new home fast (we have until the end of July....but no new home, no SOBB).

Just put a nail in it. She's a no-go for this year. We bought a house today but had to stretch ourselves RIGHT out to make it happen (because it was
so, so right). Beautiful house, nice big yard, 3-5m buggyable field directly across the street with a huge playground for the little ones and then
come home to a nice semi-pie shaped backyard to lay out lines, dry off big pieces of ripstop, replace bladders and lay out the slackline.
I'm sad because we'd promised Anna a trip to the seashore for her 4th birthday but we'll get her out there - no worries there...just might be her 5th
birthday ; ) Sad because this is (in theory) the last of the maternity leave moments of our lives so a family trip to SOBB is likely not possible
unless we book vacation time for the wife. But you know what, I know you guys will be there to fly with us when we finally do make it and in the
meantime we have a wonderful place to call "the house that becomes the home we raise the family in".
Dieter, pick up a seashell for Anna when you're out there.
